The Western International School of Shanghai (WISS) will host NFL representatives to celebrate the opening of their brand new sports field, on the 21st and 22nd of April. There will be two full days of sporting activities with the NFL on campus on the Sunday, from noon until 4 pm.

The Saturday will be a jam-packed day with coaching workshops and a chance to play in a variety of sports: Soccer, Basketball, Fencing, Ballet, Cheerleading, and more. There will be fun play, training, and a chance for children and adults to improve on their sports skills while enjoying a good day out.

With half of the field dedicated to the NFL, the Sunday will be devoted solely to American Football. You don’t want to miss this exciting opportunity to learn about the game of American Football from experienced coaches and NFL affiliates.

Throughout the day, there will also be various activities with Punt Pass and Kick competitions, a 5 on 5 Flag football tournament, a 12 and under division, a 16 and under division, and an Adult division (children can play in the adult division if they wish). There will be a Quarterback Skills competition, a Running back skills competition, and training clinics for coaches and for players of all ages. The day will also be a great opportunity to connect with other players and learn more about new leagues in Flag Football and a brand new Contact team, The Puxi Slayers.

Food will be on sale from Glo London throughout the weekend, and various sporting vendors will be selling their products.

This is an open event for all families and please sign up ahead with swalker@wiss.cn

WISS address: 555 Lian Min Lu, Xujing Town, Qingpu.
