The Role

The Marketing Manager reports to the Director of Operation, but is expected to keep all members of the College Senior Management Team (SMT) informed of any matter relevant to their area of responsibility. It is essential for the Marketing Manager to establish a close working relationship with all members of the SMT.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for implementation of marketing strategies designed to achieve the maximum number of admissions to the College.


  • Develop the College media plan base on marketing strategy and forecasts.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with all forms of the media; organise media events and interviews, and, in liaison with the Headmaster, manage the content of all films, reports, messages and statements coming from the College to any form of the media.
  • School website development and management, work with the ICT manager for site production; develop monthly website performance review and seek for all ways of improving site performance.
  • Marketing and admissions materials' development and production; able to manage outsource vendor to deliver the best result.
  • Organise events for marketing and admissions purpose within or outside of the campus.

Skills and Qualities

  • Educated to degree level, preferably in a marketing and communication related subject.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience; employment of foreign communication agency or corporate's in-house marketing/advertisement department or international school's marketing department are preferred.
  • English and Chinese Bilingual. Native speaker of one and proficient in the other.
  • Efficient, responsible, mature and good at communication
  • Tactful, diplomatic and discrete when needed
