The first-ever senior class has successfully graduated from the International Academy of Beijing, and all students have been accepted into colleges in various countries, including three especially outstanding students:

Amadeus Zhu won a National Merit Scholarship, and was designated an AP Scholar. He took 10 AP exams and got perfect scores (5’s) on all of them. He is attending Johns Hopkins University studying Biomedical Engineering, which is one of the toughest programs to get into in the US.

Ben Schleiff won the highest possible scholarship with the Arkansas Dept of Higher Education called the Governor’s Distinguished Scholar.

Maile Carigon won a full soccer scholarship to play at Cornerstone University and also at Bethel College, but she has chosen to attend Cornerstone.

IAB stands to applaud these outstanding students and can’t wait to see all they accomplish in the years ahead.
