Morgan has been a proponent of life long learning and has also pursued studies in TESOL, HRM, e-business and management science. In recent years he has been completing MOOC’s with universities such as Stanford and Vanderbilt in education and nutrition.

Morgan has been involved with education and training for 25 years in both corporate and school environments.

Morgan has lived in China for 14 years, during which he has worked with learning management systems and business training and consulting. Within the education system, Morgan has taught business subjects at university and English to adults and children. Morgan’s main focus while working with YWIEF as a Headteacher the past 4 years was revising and implementing new programming for early learners.

Morgan is very excited to join Happy Bridge. He was impressed with the multi-cultural, tri-lingual aspect of the Kindergarten.

According to the Principal, one primary goal is to create a new classroom learning structure to help the students focus on achieving their learning goals while encouraging them to express their creativity and imagination. To create a guideline and framework without putting a ceiling on progress. The overall goal is to ensure that Happy Bridge students have the ability to succeed and thrive personally, socially and educationally upon graduating to Primary School.

Recently, Happy Bridge started up a German immersion class with an appropriate curriculum for students to continue their German studies in primary school.

“We will also open a new campus in Minhang district early next spring,” said Morgan. It will be an excellent facility with specific purpose rooms for music, art, drama, science, PE and library/reading rooms. There will also be multiple outdoor areas for soccer, track and field, swimming and rollerblading as well as general play and garden areas. Our school will strive to maintain a strong working partnership with our current and future parents to create the best possible learning outcomes for our students. We will also be working closely with partner schools to ensure a seamless transition to Primary School for our graduating students.”
