Based on the new Fox Kids smash hit show, Winx showcases four magically-gifted mortals-turned-fairies on a mission to deliver fashion and cool virtue to the entire universe from their home base of Magix. The game will have an assortment of tasks, an interface bristling with color, and lots of clothes. Lots.

Already on GBA, the title now comes to the PC for a wider release.

Tomb Raider: Legends

Just in time for The Da Vinci Code’s movie incarnation comes another dose of Illuminati-fighting, antiquity-discovering seductress Lara Croft in what may be her Waterloo, only ever so triumphantly. The locales and weapons are all here, fittingly rendered in the best graphics available to the series to date.

FIFA World Cup 2006

Unavoidable, this one, seeing as the world cup is less than a month away and football or soccer mania is just around the corner. The complete roster for all teams is naturally on hand in this officially licensed product, together with a soundtrack trendier than a top-ten DJ and eye-popping next-generation visuals to ensure that kickin’ experience.

The Da Vinci Code

Speaking of fashion, sometimes you simply must keep up with the Joneses, and here we have the penultimate pop-culture phenomenon. The game, complementing book and movie, is essentially a standard mystery-adventure rife with puzzles and tasks but also inclusive of extra content never seen before among the Da Vinci entourage. Go figure!

Great Journey: Mr. Penguin’s Letter

Teaching children about the environment surely supersedes them dressing to impress, exactly the mantra guiding this little indie game release. Two characters (play as either) traverse the entire globe for a wide perspective on issues, all explained clearly and colorfully for younger children. Varied gameplay completes the picture from start all the way to the story’s climax in Antarctica.
