DTD Opens New Schools in Shanghai

vanke-pudong1The day of 1 September marked a fresh start as Shanghai DTD Education opened the doors for a welcome celebration. On the day, DTD introduced three new members – Vanke School, Pudong, Vanke Kindergarten, Minhang and Vanke Kindergarten, Pudong. The ceremony was held inside the brand new  gym of Vanke School, Pudong.

Besides the typical speeches from school administrators and parent representatives, every student wrote a letter to their future self and put it in a special time capsule. They wrote down lines imbued with wishes to the school and expectations for themselves. Vanke School, Pudong will properly take care of these letters in the next 9 years to come, and re-open the letters on the day they celebrate their commencement. In this way, they hope the letters will remind the students of the beautiful memories during their school life and at Vanke, and keep the letters as a record of their proud progress.

All Vanke schools are committed to providing a healthy growing environment for the students, with rich and vibrant educational programs – bilingual immersive courses, NRSI reading courses, Little Adam interactive courses, STEAM courses, and multi-sensory learning courses. Vanke boasts of an experienced international staff team who bring to the students multicultural experience and inspirational learning opportunities. It is hoped that every kid at Vanke schools will develop to their potential, explore the world with curiosity and fulfill their dreams with passion and confidence.

With these new schools, Shanghai DTD Education has now participated in the educational and instructional administration of up to 13 Kindergartens, Primary and Secondary Schools, committing to be the forerunner of education in China.

DTD covers four educational phases – Kindergarten, Primary School, Junior High School and Senior High School – extending from schools to the conglomeration of the educational sector. In addition, DTD has taken in abundant educational resources from multiple sources, such as governments, enterprises and high-quality educational institutions at home and abroad, hence bringing innovations to a brand-new “family-school joint development” model built together with students, parents and the teaching faulty. Therefore, it has truly established a full-service system, covering public and private education for all-round development.
