Weeks of meetings with CISB PA Executive members and a group of dedicated parent volunteers and school officials ensured that everything was ready for this annual event.

Parents/guardians brought food representing more than 25 countries and regions. Delicious dishes were enjoyed from the following countries and regions – Canada, the US., Brazil, China, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, Japan, Korea, Mongolia, Pakistan, Maldives, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Iran, Oman, France, Spain, Italy, Poland, Lithuania, Hungarian, Norway, Tanzania, Angola, Jamaica, and Saudi Arabia. More than 1,500 students, parents/guardians and guests attended this event.

The evening included an indoor entertainment program that featured 10 performances by 13 students. Music was performed using the piano, ukulele and violin. An outdoor entertainment program featured many performers, both solo and groups. Acts including singing, dance, drama and guitar performances. The audience enjoyed seeing this multicultural program and the talented performers. A special thanks is extended to all the performers and to two CISB music teachers, Farina O’Hare and Adrienne Gaines, for organizing the entertainment program.

CISB is very grateful for the dedication of all volunteers and for the contributions from so many families who helped to make this International Food Fair a success. The whole school community is looking forward to continuing this annual event and working in collaboration with the parent community towards celebrating the 10th anniversary of CISB during the 2015-2016 school year.
